Absolutely love this place! My wife and I wanted to try a new restaurant and found Greer Southern Table on google with great reviews. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff were excellent. Our waitress was PHENOMENAL! And of course the food was delicious! We also got to meet the owner and she was very nice to us. I loved the service and how they tended to our needs. Believe me when I say we will ABSOLUTELY be coming back!👍🏾
What an excellent place to grab a bite to eat. We stopped in for brunch and had a great experience. For starters we had the brisket egg rolls which were absolutely delicious. A very nice sized portion. For our entrees I had the brisket French dip and my son had the chicken and walked. Both of our meals were absolutely delicious. Great flavor and the playoff was very good. The service was excellent, they did a great job of taking care of our needs and not being overwhelming.
This is my first time trying out Greer Southern Table, and it will definitely not be the last time. The decor and atmosphere of the place is very unique and charming. Service is great, our host Gabe was so sweet and accommodating. There's a great selection of drinks. But the star of the show is the food! We had fried oysters as starters, and they were out of this world. I had one of the specials, crawfish and andouille sausage pasta, and I think I licked the plate clean. Highly recommend, and can't wait to go back.
Visited for brunch yesterday after seeing an instragram post. The restaurant was warm & welcoming as were the two hosts that greeted us. We were a bit early for our rez but they sat us anyway and our waiter Mickey was very nice and attentive. We had delicious appetizers of deviled eggs & monkey bread. Brunch was fabulous as well. Brisket Benedict and Shrimp & Grits were a hit. Loved the wall art and all the plants too! My husband and I would definitely return with friends.
We had such an amazing experience at Greer! The staff made us feel so welcome and attentive throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious — we’re still raving about the crawfish dip! Special thanks to Sara for going above and beyond to make my mom’s birthday celebration extra special. We would definitely come back again — the place is absolutely beautiful. Intimate yet fun, and perfect for date night or just to grab a drink at the bar!
Absolutely my favorite meal in a long time. The cocktails are amazing. Service superb and the food incredible. I love the deco and the vibe of the place. I can’t describe it but it was one of my favorite dinning experiences of 2025. What a gem!
The best Sunday brunch experience on a rainy day. Maybe everyday! We had the deviled eggs, fried chicken and awesome sides. The service was excellent! Anthony, Juan and Elizabeth. Oh get the 5 glass mimosa option. Definitely a gem worth visiting in Norwalk.
The food here is so good, we chose Greer to host a baby shower and it was absolutely perfect! We booked The Savannah Room and the room was private, elegant, and exactly what we needed for our event. Liz our event coordinator was on top of it all and made sure we had everything we needed, including matching the table linens to the chosen theme. We had Tessa as our server and she was so pleasant, professional, and attentive, I don't even think any of our guests needed to ask for anything. The food was obviously amazing. They really made this event quite special for us. Really great staff and quality food here, I can't recommend this place more!
Food was absolutely amazing, the Key Lime Cocktail was like dessert in a glass. The wings were some of the best I’ve ever had. I particularly liked the Brie appetizer. Word of caution to those with allergies: they use the same fryer for everything, so if you have a shellfish allergy, you unfortunately can’t safely have any of the fries or fried chicken.
Came here for Sunday brunch. Really great food and service. My son and I had the 4 piece fried chicken with Mac and cheese pluce the soul burger. This is a happy place especially for brunch on a Sunday. Given the snowy weather of the lst few days Greer Southern Table was a welcomed respite. If you are in the Norwalk, CT area go to Greer... you won't be disappointed. Great for friends and family dinning!
